How big is the game board?
The PutterBall board is made of high-quality, high-density foam that is extremely durable and lightweight. Walk on it, stand on it, play it anywhere!

How long does shipping take?
All U.S. Putterball orders are shipped within 1 business day via UPS ground.
Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Tracking will be sent via email within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 60 days from your order date. Only new and unused items are eligible for returns. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order on all PutterBall boards if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts.

Can PutterBall be permanently left outdoors?
We advise against leaving the PutterBall board outdoors long-term. Extended exposure to heat and rain may cause warping or damage. For optimal performance and durability, store your board in a dry place, such as a garage or shed, when not in use. This simple step ensures prolonged enjoyment of your PutterBall game. Thank you for taking the necessary precautions to preserve your set!
